New enterprises sought for the SME Export Finance Programme
The SME Export Finance Programme is targeted at Finnish SMEs engaged in direct exports. New enterprises are sought for the programme in January and February. The aim is to improve enterprises’ know-how in issues related to the financing of exports.
Enterprises are selected for the programme on the basis of applications. Last year, the number of participating enterprises was 55. This year’s first application round ends on Friday, 1 March 2013.
The programme is implemented in close cooperation with banks operating in Finland. For each enterprise participating in the programme, Finnvera and the bank selected by the enterprise arrange a one-day Export Finance Workshop.
The goal is that the group assembled in January–February will have the individual Export Finance Workshops during spring 2013. In addition, in March 2013, Finnvera will organise a seminar on topical issues in export financing for all enterprises participating in the programme.
