Finnvera to participate in the pre-delivery financing of the vessels ordered by TUI Cruises GmbH

Finnvera will participate in the pre-delivery financing of the two cruise vessels ordered by TUI Cruises GmbH from STX Finland. Finnvera’s financing is part of a larger package for funding the project. During the construction of the vessels, Finnvera’s commitments will be at most EUR 292 million. The arranging bank and the holder of Finnvera’s guarantees is Nordea. A prerequisite for Finnvera’s participation is that the entire package for funding the project is implemented as planned.
