Extra texts in Finnvera’s letters do not require action from customers

In the balance notifications, interest certificates and and customer letters sent from Finnvera at the end of 2023 and in the beginning of 2024, extra texts have been printed to the forms.

In the letters, there have been unnecessary references to the DynamicPDF product and an invitation to click for more information.

Additional texts do not require any action from the customer and the texts have no effect on the content of the customer letter.
